Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Void (published on Google Play as VD entertainment) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile games and applications, including B Match (package com.voids.bmatch), and this website (together, the "Services").

1. Who we are

Void (published on Google Play as VD entertainment) is the publishing name of an individual, independent game developer. It is not a registered company. For any privacy question or request, contact us at chenjinyuan53@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, phone number, postal address or contacts. Our games do, however, use third-party services that automatically collect certain information:

  • Device and technical information — device model, operating system version, language, time zone, screen size, app version, network type and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Identifiers — the Android Advertising ID (AAID / Google Advertising ID), app-set ID, Firebase installation ID and IP address.
  • Usage information — gameplay events such as levels started or completed, session length, in-app screens viewed and interactions with ads.
  • Crash and diagnostic data — crash logs, stack traces and device state at the time of a crash.
  • Purchase information — if you make an in-app purchase, we receive confirmation of the transaction (such as the product purchased and an order token) from Google Play, but not your payment details.

3. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain and improve our games;
  • To display advertising, including personalized advertising where permitted, which keeps our games free;
  • To measure ad performance and prevent fraud;
  • To understand how players use our games (analytics) and to diagnose and fix crashes and bugs;
  • To deliver in-app purchases you make;
  • To respond to your messages and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party advertising partners

Our games show ads served by the third-party advertising networks listed below. These partners may collect and use the information described above, including your Advertising ID, to serve ads, to personalize ads based on your interests, to limit how often you see an ad and to measure ad performance. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies:

Unity Adsunity.com/legal/privacy-policy

5. Analytics and crash reporting

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how our games are used and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports so we can fix problems. These services may collect device information, identifiers (such as the Firebase installation ID and Advertising ID), usage events and crash diagnostics. See Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising ID, personalized ads and your choices

The Advertising ID is a unique, user-resettable identifier provided by Google Play services. You can control how it is used at any time:

  • Opt out of personalized ads / delete the Advertising ID: on most Android devices, open Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) and choose "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
  • Reset your Advertising ID from the same menu to break the link with previously collected data.
  • Consent prompts: where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using a consent tool such as Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice from within the game where this option is offered, or by contacting us.
  • You can also learn more and opt out at Google Ad Settings, aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.

If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to your interests.

7. In-app purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card number or other payment credentials. Google's handling of payment information is governed by the Google Payments Privacy Notice.

8. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through our Services, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it and, where applicable, restrict personalized advertising.

9. Your privacy rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information held about you and receive a copy;
  • correct or delete your personal information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing);
  • data portability;
  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (California residents) — you can do this by disabling ad personalization as described in Section 6 or by contacting us;
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Legal bases (EEA/UK): we rely on your consent for personalized advertising, and on our legitimate interests to operate, secure and improve our games, show non-personalized ads, and fix crashes.

Because we do not maintain user accounts, much of the data described above is held by our third-party partners and linked only to device identifiers. To make a request, email chenjinyuan53@gmail.com; we may need your Advertising ID or other information to locate your data, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You can also contact the partners listed above directly.

10. Data retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Analytics and crash data are retained according to the settings and policies of Firebase (analytics data is retained for a limited period, typically up to 14 months), and advertising partners retain data according to their own policies. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

11. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, and rely on reputable service providers that use industry-standard protections such as encryption in transit, to safeguard information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International transfers

Our third-party partners may process information in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where changes are significant we may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
